Quality process: ISO 9001, CMMI
Alongside our Communication activity, we support project management
teams in the implementation of Quality processes.
PAQ (Quality Improvement Process), PACQ; and Plan Projet are
all tools which are virtually unknown and neglected by project leaders, often due to a lack of awareness of their
added value.
By drawing up these elements, and above all presenting them to the interested parties through small
training sessions, we enable the CIO (Chief Information Officer) to comply with the company's internal procedures
on the one hand, and the project managers to adopt these approaches on the other.

Our comprehensive knowledge of IT projects enables us to support department or IT project managers with the implementation of operational structures and pragmatic tools: we define what is required and offer a framed approach with bond performance (service desk, TPAM-Third Party Application Maintenance, TPST-Third Party Software Testing).

We are involved in implementing research (R&D), operational (OIS) and decision-making
(DSS-Decision Support System, BI-Business Intelligence) information systems during all stages of the development of a product,
a service or a piece of software (specifications, development, integration, test, qualification).
We have the skills required to
support client/server, web (version 2.0 and previous) and Business Intelligence projects.
Plus, in this area, LCI is also a QlikView partner of QlikTech editor, which is the up and coming "In-Memory" platform!
Digital data processing
Drawing on our vast experience with large French and international groups, we also provide solutions for setting up and hosting technical and commercial document management systems.
Finally, without the "L" and the "C", LCI would not be LCI. Indeed, we are experts in the translation and localization of software, and thanks to the multilingual skills of our training teams, we also specialise in deploying application systems on sites both in France and abroad, by setting up educational engineering and user training solutions.
