FRANCE TELECOM R&D

The France Telecom Research and Development center plays a major role in European and International research programs.

Due to worldwide development of new technologies, France Telecom has expanded its research program to the US, Asia, Europe and Eastern Europe and currently boasts 15 sites and 3,200 engineers, scientists and researchers in the Research and Development division.

As the laboratories are based all around the world, it is important that the researchers are proficient in the general and technical professional language they use, particularly in English as well as other languages used by France Telecom in their different locations.

LCI has been working with France Telecom R&D as part of its professional linguistic training program and provides tailor-made training modules with progressive levels, in English, Spanish, Chinese and Polish. These are carried out either by telephone, one-on-one or in groups.
