ARVAL
| Arval is a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, and offers a full range of financial and management services for long term hire vehicles. Arval manages a fleet of around 1,000,000 vehicles in 26 countries, making it the 2nd biggest long term car hire provider in Europe. In 2005, the Large Corporate department decided to take a new approach to its corporate customers. This approach will be deployed through a training program based on 5 modules. The aim of the program is to train the 60 salespeople in the department, spread over 4 European countries. Arval therefore called upon LCI for its skills in instructional engineering and multilingual projects. LCI organized its teams of writers, trainers, instructional advisors, translators and computer graphics designers to: Design, draft and translate the 5 training modules and produce the training material. |

Arval selected LCI for its practical and pragmatic approach to our project. An aptitude for multilingual translation and training modules on complex technical subjects were also reasons why LCI was chosen for the project. LCI assisted Arval in an innovative project, providing skills in areas such as training, computer graphics design, and the translation of training modules, to be used to launch a new range of products for our corporate customers on an international scale. The proximity and responsiveness of the LCI team when faced with unforeseen circumstances in a constantly changing environment have been very precious to us. Training modules produced in collaboration with LCI are now used in 19 countries on a regular basis. |
